Career Compass is a supportive, skills‑focused English for Employment program that helps participants strengthen their communication abilities and build confidence in real‑world situations. Many newcomers and job seekers experience speaking anxiety, limited workplace vocabulary, or uncertainty about presenting themselves professionally. This program was developed to address those challenges in a welcoming environment where learners can grow at a comfortable pace.

Through guided practice, interactive activities, and personalized feedback, participants develop practical language and workplace communication skills that support success in today’s job market. Whether the goal is to improve everyday English, prepare for interviews, understand workplace expectations, or feel more confident expressing ideas, Career Compass provides the tools and encouragement needed to move forward.

By the end of the program, learners gain stronger communication skills, increased self‑confidence, and practical strategies to support their employment goals.
